CBRE Baltics team was honoured to participate in the Mežparka Offices Time Capsule planting event at Mežaparka Rezidences, held on September 20, 2018. Mežaparka Offices is one of the most distinctive projects in Riga with commercial building (Leasable area 3,266 sq m) to be commissioned in Q3 2019. The area is one of the most sought-after in the city, bringing together an amazing balance of exclusivity, nature, amenities and prospects, as well as great transport connections to Central Riga and other districts.
